I recently helped out the design and marketing team at Assa Abloy with the huge project of rebranding over 100 Lockwood products.
They have started to hit the shelves at Bunnings and it’s great to see a job well executed, products that stand out so much better, sit well as a family across so many different categories and yet still be recognised as the very well known and popular brand that Lockwood is.
Their new branding incorporates the colour red alot more, with a great pattern in UV varnish overlaying it, uses new easy to understand language, icons, colour categories, more imagery and accomponies a great new style guide. The focus is now the logo, their 25 year warranty is more emphasised and each product sits uniformly together. The new look goes with their new manifesto ‘Lockwood: no worries’
As there are so many products, it will take about a year for Bunnings and Masters to have all the new packaging on their shelves, and it will look great.

Hi,
I was wondering if I could have some contact details for Teddy. We are looking at doing some album artwork and we where hoping that we could gauge what sort of price he would charge for something like that, and if he would be interested to work on the project.
I look forward to hearing from you
