Terms and Conditions
1. Quotes:
Teganmg will provide you with a written quote for work based on the information you provide. Any additional work requested by you outside the details listed in the quote, shall incur charges.
Quotation is valid for 30 days and are ex. GST unless otherwise stated.
2. Billing:
Customers may require a 50% deposit before work will commence, entirely on the discretion of Teganmg.
The balance will be invoiced upon completion of work and due within 14 days.
Payments can be made by direct deposit or credit card.
3. Content:
In order to meet your deadline, you agree to provide Teganmg with all content in electronic format for the design project within two weeks of acceptance of the quotation. Failure to provide all content needed may result in cancellation of the project and you shall be liable for cost of any and all work completed.
4. Copyright & Permissions:
You are legally responsible to ensure that any content (images, text, etc) provided by you does not infringe any copyright and is not illegal. You agree to indemnify Teganmg from any action taken in respect of breach of copyright or legislative compliance associated with your project.
Teganmg will hold intellectual copyright of all material not supplied by the client, unless otherwise stated.
5. Errors:
While alot of care has been taken to ensure there are no errors in your artwork, it is your responsibility to check proofs very carefully before signing off or agreeing to a final piece of work. Once you have agreed, it is
final.
5. Cancellation:
If work is cancelled, this must be received in writing (email/postl/fax only) and you shall be liable for cost of all work completed to date. If printing has started, these costs must be paid.
6. Privacy Statement:
Teganmg will not pass on your personal details to any third parties.
